About you:
In your new role you will…
- Demonstrate an ability to act as an advocate for nursing in a broad context and across disciplines using positive role modelling and adherence to corporate values.

- Demonstrate an ability to effectively coordinate the management of human and material resources at a cost centre level, which facilitates the provision of quality evidence, based patient care.
About your opportunity:
In this position you will be accountable at an advanced practice level for the coordination of clinical practice and patient education. The Clinical Nurse Consultant has a comprehensive knowledge of prostate cancer, treatment, survivorship issues, modalities and palliative care associated with this diagnosis.
About your role:
- Provide effective and efficient management of service in collaboration with the Nursing Director/Director of Nursing, clinical and non-clinical staff to facilitate the provision of quality evidence-based care.
- Provide leadership to effectively plan, manage and evaluate health services to achieve organisational goals across the service.
- Effectively manage self and in collaboration with Clinical Nurse Educator, Nurse Unit Manager and Clinical Nurse Consultant (Cancer Care), develop staff to enable fulfilment of role responsibilities.
