An exciting opportunity currently exists for you to join the Hospital in the Home Program as a Clinical Nurse Consultant. You will provide direct patient care to inpatients in their home environment. The service provides community based care for inpatients in their home from Palm Cove to the north, Gordonvale to the south and the base of Lamb Range to the west. Permanent Part Time, 40 hrs p.f.
