About your role:

  • Support staff to enhance patient flow and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Actively participate in a working environment supporting quality human resource management practices including employment equity, anti-discrimination, occupational health and safety, and ethical behaviour.
  • Participate in rosters across 7 days including shift work.
  • Participate in the development, implementation, review and maintenance of internal systems, processes, and work practices. Identify areas for improvement and recommend/implement enhancements to existing practices.
  • Take direction from staff regarding miscellaneous departmental duties.
