About your role:
- Participate as a team member in the identification, development and implementation of quality and service improvement activities that contribute to and enhance the delivery of clinical services within the local service area.
- Deliver a range of clinical and psychosocial interventions including specialist discipline-specific therapies, counselling, psycho education, additional therapeutic investigations, and provision of direct strategic support and assistance to children and youth to achieve their goals.
- Work with families and client's communities to promote recovery and community inclusion and to access generic supports, opportunities and resources.
- Provide effective and efficient clinical care and work in collaboration with Clinical Lead/Consultant Psychiatrist and Cluster Operational Manager, to ensure safe standards of care.
