About you:
In your new role you will:
- Lead and direct a team with Maintenance Manager Operations, Trade Coordinators, technical tradespersons, trades assistants, apprentices and contractors to deliver the preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance programs for CHHHS facilities.
- Direct responsibility for productivity and efficiency in dealing with all maintenance requests and infrastructure facility management in accordance with CHHHS's operational standards and ensure the ongoing performance and reliability of assets in delivering health care.
- Ensure the optimisation of maintenance is conducted according to best practice, standard procedure, enhancing performance and product quality, ensuring the achievement of all Key performance Indicators, legislation, standards, Queensland Health asset management policies, workplace health, safety and environmental and quality obligations.
