About you:
In your new role you will:
- Ability to interact professionally and sensitively, have a flexible attitude, communicate clearly and confidently with members of the public, patients/clients and departmental staff both in person and over the telephone whilst adhering to Queensland Health guidelines.
- Ensure clients are booked and prioritised within the timeframe indicated in accordance with the Oral Health wait lists and appointment categories with direction from the Client Services Coordinator.
- Coordinate and maintain the school dental services in collaboration with the school dental teams for dissemination and completion of forms at schools, centralised filing and data input.
- Maintenance of patient waiting lists to include prioritising of patient appointments for adults and children, rescheduling, managing cancellations and removals whilst maintaining data integrity.
