An exciting opportunity currently exists for you to join the Digital Health Engagement and Governance team as a Digital Health Compliance Officer. You will be responsible for monitoring digital health and ICT operations and governance processes to ensure that the CHHHS follows all relevant policies, procedures, internal and external guidelines, standards and regulations.

About your opportunity:

In this position you will: 

  • Manage a compliance management system to aggregate and integrate all compliance requirements applicable to digital health and ICT operations across the CHHHS.
  • Regularly review and consult with key stakeholders to update digital health and ICT policies and procedures. Ensure relevant record management systems are kept up to date.
  • Undertake internal reviews, audits and develop reports to ensure that CIO portfolio staff are following compliance procedures. Where non-compliance is identified develop a Compliance Action Plan in response with timeframes and a risk assessment with mitigation strategies.
