About you:
In your new role you will:
- Implement and monitor the organisation's quality standards, work health and safety policies, procedures and programs and provide clinical governance in the relevant work area.
- Provide effective and efficient clinical care in the area of clinical specialty and work in collaboration with the Nurse Unit Manager to ensure the maintenance of safe standards in patient care.
- Effectively communicate at all levels across the organisation to promote efficient team functioning.
- Undertake quality improvement and evidence based practice activities to ensure the provision of quality, cost-effective patient care.
