Purpose of the role
As a Senior Staff Specialist or Staff Specialist you will be a valued and passionate team member. You will oversee the selection, allocation and ongoing education of Queensland basic physician network trainees for the Far North rotation in collaboration with Cairns Hospital Director of Physician Education (DPE).
Your opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Staff Specialist or Staff Specialist to facilitate the distribution of Queensland basic physician network trainees by working with the local hospital DPE to determine the number of available network positions for appointment across the rotation whilst ensuring that training capacity and quality is optimised.
