About you:
In your new role you will:
- Planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating strategic and operational projects and activities relating to Strategy, Planning and Infrastructure Services including but not limited to redesigning services; implementing new services, systems and process improvements and developing reporting dashboards to track operational performance, outcomes, and key performance indicators.
- Managing the key risks, issues and blockages associated with such projects.
- Assessing service and workforce performance outcomes using quantitative and qualitative data and identifying, proposing and implementing solutions to improve performance.
