The Integrated Medicine, Emergency, Child and Youth Services team are seeking an Administration Officer (Community Health) to join them. This front-line administration role is integral in the organisation and management of appropriate information systems which includes data entry and management, client referrals and appointments, clinics and general administrative duties.

About you:
In your new role you will:
- Manage and maintain processing of all referrals, sourcing and retrieving patient information and scheduling appointments within the required timeframes indicated in a timely and efficient manner in line with clinician specifications and the CHHHS “Administration Procedure Manual”. This will include booking appointments, cancellations, rescheduling and removal from the waitlist in line with clinical specifications and procedures.
- Operate with a high level of automony to achieve work targets with limited supervision and contribute to the team goals in a changing environment.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the use, function and application for telehealth and appropriate recording of outreach and telehealth attendance/non attendance along with co ordination of clinical information including patient consent from telehealth consultation.
