Please note: This is one position avaliable, permanent part time 30.4 hours with fixed term temporary part time 45.6 hours until 3 June 2026.

About you:

In your new role you will:

  • Collect, collate, and present qualitative and quantitative data for review by the RAICC for TRAIC project consideration.
  • Provide secretariat support for working groups, consultations and any other relevant committee as required.
  • Organise, coordinate and book meetings on site, via video and teleconference using established venues (including use of RMS) including any equipment or catering that may be required.
  • Examine and prioritise incoming correspondence, papers, and reports to determine action. Prepare correspondence papers and reports whilst ensuring accuracy and high presentation quality as directed.
