About you:
In your new role you will:
- Demonstrated communication skills to effectively liaise with other staff and relate to clients, stakeholders and the public in a sensitive and courteous manner.
- Assist the Executive Support Officer, AODS with Release of Information requests in a timely and appropriate manner in accordance with all local policies and procedures as directed.
- Effectively manage and coordinate the drug diversion program scheduling; collate and formulate rosters allocations, booking rooms, ensure the outreach list is sent to the appropriate areas, booking created for clients in clinician's diaries, collate weekly reports from cannabis diversion database for the Cairns and rural sites.
- Provide assistance to AODS Team Leaders and other staff within a clinical team structure to ensure priority tasks are completed and deadlines met.
