About you:

In your new role you will: 

• Manage paediatric and adolescent ward, paediatric clinics, HITH, Oncology clinics and Connected Care.
• Provide effective and efficient management of service in collaboration with the Nursing Director/Director of Nursing, clinical and non-clinical staff to facilitate the provision of quality evidence-based care.
• Provide leadership to effectively plan, manage and evaluate health services to achieve organisational goals across the service practicing in accordance with the National Competency Standards for the Registered Nurse and the National Competencies for the Specialist Paediatric and Child Health Nurse
• Deal professionally and sensitively to client issues.
• Accountable for providing sound professional leadership in dealing with significant issues related to assessment, planning, review, evaluation and coordination of service programs in a defined practice area for groups and individuals with diverse requirements.
