About your role:
- Assist the Nurse Unit Manager to implement and monitor the organisation's quality standards, work health and safety policies, procedures and programs and provide clinical governance in the relevant work area.
- Provide leadership, support and direction to the Registered Nurse (RN), and Enrolled Nurse (EN) and other non-registered nursing personnel.
- Work collaboratively within the unit and with other members of the health care team including consumers/carers, other health professionals, general practitioners, and other agencies (including non-Government agencies).
