Become a part of an exciting opportunity as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Practitioner (Adults) with Integrated Medicine, Emergency, Child and Youth Services. You will provide a range of clinical primary health care services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients and communities including delivery specific health care programs, assessing and treating clients, maintaining health care systems and providing advice and support in order to contribute to better health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

About your role:
- As part of a multi-disciplinary team, provide a culturally responsive service in collaboration with other healthcare professionals, develop case management and healthcare plans for Aboriginal people, and support clients in complying with their care plan.
- Engage with community members to strengthen community involvement in health service delivery.
- Provide clinical supervision, mentoring, and support of Trainee and developing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander HPs to develop as competent practitioners.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through exemplary practice and role modelling behaviour.
