You are invited to join a dynamic team with our Human Resource Hub as a Roster Support Officer. In this role you will provide rostering and workforce support to Nurse Unit Managers and Line Managers to achieve the optimal deployment of business unit resources. You will establish and maintain a close working relationship with Nurse Unit Managers and Line Managers to understand the operating environment and requirements.

In this role you will: 

  • Provide strong support for nurse unit/line managers providing advice in relation to on-line rostering and workforce management transactions, escalating queries that cannot be resolved locally to Corporate Technology Services.
  • Manage and maintain administrative records in accordance with local records management procedures and policies, ensuring relevant copies are provided to Payroll Transactional Services as required.
  • Demonstrate initiative in supporting employees and nurse unit/line managers in adopting new and changing business processes in an environment of continuous improvement.
  • Pro-actively manage time and attendance records, liaising with staff and nurse unit/line managers to enable accurate scheduling activities and pay outcomes
