About your opportunity:
In this position you will:
- Manage an appropriate caseload using effective time management and prioritisation skills, including clinical and non-clinical responsibilities and the maintenance of accurate patient records and documentation.
- Liaise and work effectively in a professional manner with consumers and their carers, other health professionals, students, and external agencies to achieve a consumer centred approach, utilising negotiation, and conflict resolution skills as required.
- Follow defined service quality standards, occupational health and work policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
- Participate in and embrace change processes within the department with the support of senior staff.
