About you:
In your new role you will:
- Provide advanced clinical problem-solving skills, expert planning and coordination skills in the clinical management of Medical Imaigng patients with complex care needs, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Participates actively in quality improvement activities and work in collaboration with the Nurse Unit Manager to ensure the maintenance of safe standards in patient care, including portfolio responsibility.
- Apply contemporary human resource management priciples to ensure that the department working environment meets legislative standards and Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service policies and procedures.
- Effectively communicate at all levels across the organisation to promote effective team functioning.
