About you:
In your new role you will
- Deliver evidence-based social work clinical services in accordance with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) Code of Ethics; AASW professional practice standards; and relevant AASW Scope/s of Practice.
- Independently apply professional judgement and decision making to manage a caseload, adapting routine and non-routine clinical practice based on valid and reliable clinical evidence, with clinical practice supervision, commensurate with experience.
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, develop appropriate intervention plans, and achieve outcomes, informed by social work theory and contemporary knowledge of social determinants of health; medical terminology; legislation; resources; services and policy requirements.
