About your role:
- Provide effective and efficient management of service in collaboration with the Director of Nursing & Midwifery/Facility Manager, clinical and non-clinical staff to facilitate the provision of quality evidence-based care.
- Provide midwifery leadership to effectively plan, manage and evaluate Cassowary Hub Maternity Services to achieve organisational goals.
- Use information systems and incorporate data to identify trends and facilitate patient flow across the service.
