About your role:
- Independently deliver high level physiotherapy clinical services to CHSP eligible clients (including assessment, diagnosis and treatment interventions) as part of a multidisciplinary team, in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards.
- Provide and maintain safe, ethical, equitable and efficient physiotherapy services to CHSP clients, through quality improvement activities including the development, adaptation, implementation and evaluation of clinical practices, procedures, and protocols.
- Provide leadership in quality improvements for physiotherapy and allied health services. This includes identifying systems, leading change and monitoring outcomes that enhance the delivery of physiotherapy and allied health services.
- Work cooperatively and effectively by maintaining timely and open communication (including accurate documentation and reporting) within multi-professional teams, with patients, their families/carers and other health professionals, supervisors, students, and researchers as required.
