About us: Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service covers an area of 142,900 square kilometres. We go as far as Tully in the south, Cow Bay in the north and Croydon in the west.
About your role:
- Deliver high level clinical pharmacy services consistent with the SHPA Pharmacy Practice standards, ensuring safe transition of care across different Government and Non-Government sectors with a focus on care closer to home.
- Provide professional leadership in the development of staff and deliver high level clinical services within a single or multidisciplinary team within the Atherton & Herberton pharmacy services based on advanced knowledge and ensuring appropriate medication management.
- Independently and effectively manage time and resource allocation to ensure a high level of service delivery.
