About you:
In your new role you will:
- Accountable for NMBA and own standards, actions and the outcomes of own nursing practice, professional advice given and for activities delegated to Registered Nurse, Enrolled Nurse, or unregulated healthcare worker.
- Provide effective and efficient clinical care in the area of clinical specialty and work in collaboration with the Nurse Unit Manager to ensure the maintenance of safe standards in patient care.
- Effectively manage self and work with the Nurse Unit Manager/Clinical Nurse Educator to meet unit nursing staff development needs.
