About your opportunity:
In this position you will:
- Maintain high working knowledge of the Crime and Corruption Act 2001, the Hospital and Health Boards Act 2011, Public Interest Disclosure Act 2010 and other relevant legislation, policies and
- Manage receipt and assessment of complex and sensitive complaints and information from employees and stakeholders to ascertain whether the alleged conduct amounts to suspected corrupt conduct and/or a public interest disclosure.
- Communicate and negotiate with the Crime and Corruption Commission, Qld Police Service, Office of the Health Ombudsman, Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency and other relevant internal and external stakeholders with regard to the management of matters.
- Conduct audits and quality assurance reviews of the complaints' management activities undertaken within the CHHHS.
