About you:

In your new role you will: 

• High level operational management, clinical leadership and coordination of the allied health staff in the HITH service that deliver home based post-acute, chronic disease and rehabilitation services to clients of CHHHS Hospital in the Home Service including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, social work, speech pathology, dietetics, psychology, and allied health assistants.
• Lead change management for allied health in the expansion and modification of HITH in Cairns including allied health services, the commencement of GEMITH, and other new models of care.
• Coordinate workflow and communication on behalf of allied health in HITH with: HITH intake, HITH service leads, senior management, internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide effective and efficient management of service in collaboration with the Nursing Director, Allied Health Director, clinical and non-clinical staff to facilitate the provision of quality evidence-based care.
