About you:

In your new role you will: 

• Provide strategic management and operational leadership support to the multidisciplinary team.
• Work collaboratively with the Child & Youth Services Operations Manager in the development, implementation and monitoring of programs, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with evidence-based best practice recovery-oriented models of care, enhancing service delivery and coordination across the continuum of care.
• Ensure staff are appropriately skilled and supported to deliver services by actively identifying, facilitating and providing professional development opportunities, managing regular operational supervision and performance appraisal processes for staff.
