In this position you will:
- Fulfill the responsibilities of the HITH service adhering to procedural instructions and directives.
- Demonstrate resilience and problem-solving abilities while working in varied and demanding caseloads.
- Develop clinical practice knowledge and expertise through active learning and professional development.
- Effectively communicate with professional and operational supervisors, and internal and external stakeholders to optimise clinical services and consumer experience.
- Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives to ensure the provision of quality, cost effective healthcare.
- Contribution to clinical projects and research activities.
