About you:
In your new role you will:
- Provide support and direction to professional staff including clinical and non-registered staff within the Child and Youth Mental Health Team.
- Use a bio-psychosocial model to conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including risk assessments. Providing comprehensive mental health assessment, risk assessments, brief case management and tele triage within a multidisciplinary framework to ensure positive outcomes for young people and their families.
- Work with families and client's communities to promote recovery and community inclusion and to access generic supports, opportunities and resources.
