About your role:
- Participate in research activities to formulate practice decisions, self-regulation and the development of new systems of care.
- Actively participate in education of peers, colleagues, and those receiving care using advanced skills and knowledge.
- Provide effective communication, consultation, and negotiation throughout the service to ensure the involvement of stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement an evaluate patient care activities.
- Lead and coordinate quality improvement and evidence-based practice activities to ensure the provision of quality, cost-effective nursing services.
