About us: Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service covers an area of 142,900 square kilometres. We go as far as Tully in the south, Cow Bay in the north and Croydon in the west.
About you:
In your new role you will:
- Integrate and operationalise key objectives and strategies for a work-based culture that promotes and supports education, learning, research and workforce development.
- Coordinate, formulate and direct policies relating to the provision of integrated mental health and addictions care or disciplinary specific services which includes integration of consumer care across the continuum of care.
- Maintain high level interpersonal and communication skills with members of the multidisciplinary team, consumers, internal and external stakeholders and visitors to the service.
- Manage change at a local level including the integration of strategic direction and priorities for quality improvement.
