About your role:
- Provide leadership to effectively plan, manage and evaluate patient care activities at an advanced practitioner level within the specified clinical setting.
- Effectively communicate at all levels across the organisation to promote effective team functioning. Ÿ Undertake quality improvement and evidence-based practice activities to ensure the provision of quality, cost effective patient care.
- Apply contemporary human resource management principles to ensure that the unit working environment meets legislative standards and CHHHS policies and procedures.
