About your role:

  • Manage a rural generalist community Physiotherapy caseload both individual and group assessment and intervention, with relevant client groups including those with chronic disease, falls risk and post hospital discharge using high level time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Proactively contribute to patient outcomes on a daily basis, with duties including attendance at inter-professional team meetings as appropriate, liaising with team members and coordinating community-based services.
  • Ensure patients and other staff are treated fairly and with mutual respect and understanding, regardless of cultural, religious and ethnic backgrounds
