About you:
In your new role you will;
- Examine all incoming enquiries, paperwork and correspondence, prioritising and delegating issues and taking appropriate action including coordinating timely responses.
- Lead business support activities for the service; including review of activities to ensure the team has high level support to manage workloads and meet deadlines.
- Assist patient service delivery through timely completion and coordination of required paperwork and accurate updating of hospital information systems (e.g. HBCIS), ensuring data integrity (e.g. patient demographics, admission/discharge/transfer times, account class classification, SNAP, FIM score, etc.).
- Run regular payroll and finance reports on DSS, S/4 HANA or MyHR for presentation to the NUM, Clinical and Nursing Directors, or their staff. Provide advice to correct and mitigate any issues.
