About your opportunity:

In this position you will….. 

  • Provide first-line quality advice in employee and industrial relations matters via telephone, email and communication channels, including:
    • First and second level
    • Customer feedback and call routing/escalation.
    • Data
  • Maintain a sound understanding of relevant legislation, enterprise agreements, awards, policies and practices in relation to contemporary human resource practice, particularly within the Queensland Public Sector.
  • Undertake the research and assist in the analysis of emerging human resource, workforce capability and industrial relations issues and options to support the development of effective responses and mitigation strategies.
