• Work cooperatively and effectively, using well developed communication skills, with other service providers and with clients, carers and families, including those from indigenous and CALD backgrounds.
• Apply competent professional clinical reasoning, resilience and problem-solving abilities to a demanding caseload, using valid and reliable clinical evidence, under the supervision or guidance of a more experienced practitioner.
• Support a learning environment within the team and contribute to the development of other health service staff through mentoring, in-services, and sharing knowledge.
