About you:
In your new role you will……
- Provide expertise in the effective management of service budgets, personnel, and the delivery of services in an acute, community, and primary health care facility using a quality framework and safe workplace procedures.
- Ensure delivery of compassionate, high-quality care, and nursing supervision to ensure KPIs are met in line with policy and legislative requirements.
- Lead and coordinate quality improvement initiatives, recognising the broad responsibility for safety and quality in healthcare, and actively participate in continuous quality and safety improvement activities in alignment with professional competency standards for nursing.
