As the Psychologist you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based clinical services, including tele-triage, tele-health assessment, assessment, treatment planning, therapeutic intervention and evaluation, to consumers of the Cairns and Hinterland Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drugs Service.

In this position you will…..
- Use the biopsychosocial model to conduct mental health assessments and assist consumers and families/supports to develop a comprehensive individual recovery plan and facilitate the effective delivery of care.
- Apply professional judgement to a complex caseload, adapting routing clinical practice based on valid and reliable evidence.
- Effectively communicate at all levels across the organisation and with external stakeholders, including non-government organisations, consumers and their carers.
