The role  
We are seeking a dedicated professional to uphold Queensland Health's core values while overseeing the development, coordination, implementation, and maintenance of patient safety tools and educational products. This role requires proficiency in project management and change management methodologies to ensure effective deployment of digital tools. Key responsibilities include promoting the use of project management techniques, conducting comprehensive project monitoring and reporting, and aligning project activities with corporate objectives. The role demands preparation of high-quality project documentation, provision of expert advice to stakeholders and senior management, and establishment of robust networks with internal and external partners. Additionally, staying abreast of industry trends and enhancing technical expertise are essential to support informed decision-making and strategic planning. Compliance with human resource practices, workplace health and safety standards, and ethical guidelines is integral to achieving our organizational mission and delivering excellence in service.

The successful person
You will have demonstrated: 
•    Proven experience in the management of large-scale complex projects through all phases of the project life cycle in a clinical environment applying project management and change management methodologies.
•    Experience in stakeholder relationship management to support effective business change, including the ability to initiate relationships and influence key stakeholders. 
•    Proven effective written communication skills including the ability to prepare timely, accurate, responsive and well organised briefings and reports.
•    Demonstrated high level analytical, planning and evaluation skills including the ability to effectively integrate related activities to achieve project deliverables and outcomes.
•    While not mandatory, a clinical background or relevant qualification would be well regarded.
