What you'll do

The Assistant Correspondence Coordinator is responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence for multiple branches. In this role you will be responsible for preparing and editing outgoing Divisional correspondence to ensure accurate, timely and relevant information is provided.  For further details of this role and its key responsibilities, please see the attached role description. 

About you

We are searching for someone who demonstrates:

  • Experience in managing high volumes of incoming and outgoing correspondence, including proof reading, editing and formatting.
  • Ability to deliver work of a high quality, validity and accuracy to achieve team outcomes.
  • High level written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and utilise discretion in the absence of decision makers; to meet deadlines and establish work priorities to maximise efficiency, work output and the changing needs of the team.
  • High standard of administrative support skills and experience with the ability to be self-motivated and work cooperatively, effectively and collaboratively within a team environment.
