We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join us in making a difference in provide operational coordination and support to the administration and data officers in the Communicable Diseases team, Health Contact Centre.

The Health Contact Centre (HCC) is a 24-hour, 7 day-a-week, state-wide call centre that provides easy access to health advice, information, referral and triage services to all Queenslanders. Within the HCC environment, you will focus on the daily operational performance of the Immunise Queensland and 13 HEALTH Webtest team.
What you'll do:
- You will develop and maintain a detailed understanding of childhood and adult vaccination schedules, using the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) and associated follow up processes for Immunise Queensland.
- You will coordinate daily operations and human resource activities, including rostering, shift changes, leave management for a team of up to ten administration and data officers.
- You will develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the 13 HEALTH Webtest service process, testing and follow up procedures.
About you
We are searching for someone who:
- Has demonstrated experience in team and operational management, including coordinating and monitoring work priorities, planning ahead, and allocating tasks to ensure effective use of resources and high-quality service delivery.
- Possesses high level communication skills including written and oral communication as well as the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others and work collaboratively with people to make decisions.
