An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic teacher to join the South East Region Behaviour Support Services team in a new role focusing on supporting successful engagement of students with additional support requirements.

Job details

The AVT behaviour within the Behaviour Support Services team will work in collaboration with regional and school staff to support the proactive planning for improved student engagement.

The successful candidate will be solutions focused, relational and demonstrate their experience in supporting students with a range of complex presentations including disability and trauma.

Previous experience in implementing student support plans alligned to Department of Education policy and proceedure will be desirable.

This role will involve building the capability of school teams to implement student support plans with increased confidence.
