The Recruitment Services team are looking for a proactive Human Resource Services Officer to join our dynamic team for a period of 6 months, unless otherwise determined.

This temporary vacancy is open to Expressions of Interest and any extensions to this appointment will not exceed 12 months.
About the Role
A day in the life of a Human Resources Services Officer includes, but is not limited to:
- Publishing job advertisements for various roles across the state, including roles this like one, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organisational standards
- Coordinating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements
- Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders including school, regional and corporate colleagues via email and phone, providing prompt responses
- Providing advice on selection documentation and finalising recruitment processes
- Maintaining comprehensive records of recruitment activities
- Processing pre-employment checks such as criminal history checks and providing results to hiring managers
About You
The ideal applicant will:
- Have great attention to detail and can proofread documents and job postings
- An ability to handle simultaneous tasks and work well in an adaptive environment
- The desire to work in a supportive environment who values collaboration and working as a team to support our clients
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with springboard or other recruitment software is a bonus
