This temporary vacancy is open to Expressions of Interest and any extensions to this appointment will not exceed 12 months.

About the Role

A day in the life of a Human Resources Services Officer includes, but is not limited to:

  • Publishing job advertisements for various roles across the state, including roles this like one, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organisational standards
  • Coordinating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements
  • Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders including school, regional and corporate colleagues via email and phone, providing prompt responses
  • Providing advice on selection documentation and finalising recruitment processes
  • Maintaining comprehensive records of recruitment activities
  • Processing pre-employment checks such as criminal history checks and providing results to hiring managers

About You

The ideal applicant will:

  • Have great attention to detail and can proofread documents and job postings
  • An ability to handle simultaneous tasks and work well in an adaptive environment
  • The desire to work in a supportive environment who values collaboration and working as a team to support our clients
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with springboard or other recruitment software is a bonus
