About the Regional Team
Our ISD regions provide strategic and operational assistance to our state schools for a variety of services, to ensure quality, safe and contemporary learning environments that support teachers and students.
The services provided by regions includes general infrastructure management, school security, asbestos safety and Direct to Market support. The teams also plan and deliver a variety of capital, minor works and maintenance projects, including new and upgraded learning spaces and amenities, shade structures, playgrounds and sports courts.

About the Role
As the Senior Corporate Services Officer, you will use your proactive and flexible approach in day-to-day corporate support, while undertaking the corporate service functions, ensuring efficient and effective implementation of services across the teams and projects, including but not limited to:
- Provide advice to senior officers and other staff in relation to current and emerging administrative and organisational issues which impact on the service delivery and capability of regional projects and initiatives, including the effective delivery of outcomes within allocated resources to ensure maximum results are achieved.
- Monitor and coordinate the delivery of corporate services processes, including financial management, human resource, asset and facilities management.
- Prepare correspondence, reports and submissions on issues related to finance, human resources, records management, information management and general office administration, and negotiate their recommendations.
- Prepare Ministerial and general correspondence, briefings, reports and submissions on project related matter and undertake record management activities for the work team.
- Liaise widely within the region, with support staff across all units across the department and with external government and private sector agencies on a variety of corporate services issues.
About You
The ideal applicant will possess the following knowledge, skills, experience and personal attributes:
- Flexible and adaptable with good time management and self-organisational skills. Attention to detail with the capability and initiative to prioritise tasks with predetermined deadlines.
- Previous administration experience within Corporate Services and Finance environment ie SAP, Excel Spreadsheets, Content Manager and Microsoft Office Suite or similar system/applications.
- Exemplary interpersonal and team motivational skills. Able to maintain positive and professional relationships with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organisation Purposeful and enthusiastic team player who desires to add value to our team.
- An ability to initiate, monitor, analyse and report on sensitive data.
