About the Role:
As a Program Support Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the EQIP Program within the Strategy and Performance Branch of the Department of Education. Working closely with the Director, you'll execute operational, administrative, and strategic support activities that underpin successful program delivery.

Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the implementation and delivery of the EQIP Program through operational and project activities.
- Establishing and maintaining collaborative partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing recruitment, onboarding, and administrative processes to support team growth and development.
- Coordinating meetings, correspondence, document management, and quality assurance for program initiatives.
- Streamlining program practices by driving continuous improvement in templates, records, and governance procedures.
