Your strong communication and organisational skills will see you liaising with senior leaders, government agencies and internal teams to deliver quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support a team that implements the legislation and regulatory reform relevant to the accreditation of non-state schools in Queensland.
  • Provide confidential corporate and administrative support, information and advice to the Manager and other staff across the Branch in accordance with departmental policies and procedures, on administrative, financial operational and technical issues and to support strategic outcomes.
  • Assist with the coordination and preparation of Branch documentation and reporting requirements including processes, reports and correspondence, meeting agendas and minutes, papers, applications, submissions and other relevant documents including statutory compliance.
  • Assist with the revision and updating of relevant websites to maintain compliance with current standards and requirements.
  • Contribute to the preparation of information for publication in print and on websites.
  • Assist in the conduct of the Registration Service's annual recurring programs of work.
