Your Opportunity
As the Director, ICT Infrastructure Services, you will provide operational and strategic leadership to drive the planning, delivery and continuous improvement of our ICT platforms and services. Reporting directly to the Executive Director ETS, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our ICT current and future landscapes, fostering strong partnerships with stakeholders and strategic partners.

About You
- A motivated leader with a proven history of success at an enterprise scale with a focus on high communication and transparency
- Demonstrated leadership delivering digitally enabling infrastructure services to achieve organisational goals and objectives
- Experience in enabling operational ICT Infrastructure teams to implement business improvement initiatives to ensure ongoing best practice
- Proven ability to engage with senior leaders, strategic partners and stakeholders to navigate, negotiate and achieve shared objectives that enable collaborative delivery of business outcomes
- Ability to develop future focussed recommendations to executive leadership on ICT Infrastructure service delivery and performance
- Proven capability to identify and grow talent across teams; providing purposeful mentoring, coaching, and ongoing professional development
- A proven track record in driving change, continuous improvement and innovation to deliver measurable and sustainable outcomes
- A commitment to inclusion, diversity, and equity in the workplace
