As Principal Wellbeing Consultant, you will lead the design and delivery of innovative wellbeing strategies and initiatives, provide expert advice to leaders on staff mental health and wellbeing, and oversee evidence-based, state-wide programs to support staff.

About the Role
In this role, you will:
- Provide expert advice to leaders on staff mental health and wellbeing, ensuring alignment with best practices and organisational priorities.
- Design, develop, and implement innovative wellbeing strategies, programs, and projects, including managing large-scale contracts like the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
- Review and refine existing wellbeing initiatives to address organisational needs and improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with corporate and regional wellbeing consultants to provide resources, support, and training for managing psychosocial risks.
- Represent the department in forums, deliver workshops, and build networks to promote contemporary health and wellbeing practices.
