An enthusiastic and experienced Team Leader is required to join our team within the IT Service Centre.
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Team Leader who can lead and manage a Business Support team within the IT Service Centre, including the delivery of consistent, high quality services to customers
and stakeholders, whilst meeting key performance targets.
The role will focus on managing a team who supports a School Management and Learning Management System.

Step Into Your Next Chapter:
- Lead and support ICT service delivery and project activities, providing expert consultancy to stakeholders, contributing to planning, and ensuring alignment with departmental priorities and service outcomes.
- Provide leadership within the client service team, including performance management, coaching and mentoring, fostering professional standards, and driving a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Manage and enhance service operations and stakeholder engagement, including service level performance, system testing coordination, reporting and data integrity, and maintaining effective working relationships across internal and external partners.
