Step Into Your Next Chapter:
- Develop, implement and review executive support systems and procedures within the Unit to ensure that they operate in accordance with departmental requirements and standards, including induction of new officers to the Unit.
- Maintain effective time management practices for the Executive Director including coordinating diary appointments, meetings and conferences including venues, travel arrangements and accommodation, receive visitors and delegates to the Unit, prioritising correspondence and monitoring important issues and follow up action when require.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality in all administrative documents and ensure all briefs and correspondence adhering to correct departmental standards.

The Perfect Fit:
- Has experience providing executive or senior administrative support
- Can manage confidential and sensitive information professionally
- Has strong organisational and time management skills
- Has excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
